Hi, I’m Sashua!
I’m an international speaker, inner leadership coach and speaker coach with over 20 years of experience helping professionals, business owners and leaders create meaningful transformation.
Before establishing my coaching business, I spent 12 years in corporate Human Resources, specialising in leadership, organisational development and culture.
Throughout my career, I’ve seen incredibly capable people underestimate their value, hesitate to put themselves forward and wait for the confidence to take their next step.
My work brings together inner leadership, self-trust and practical professional development to help people recognise their capabilities and express them with greater certainty.
